POLISH CIOFF® SECTION
Chapter I.
General provisions
§ 1.
The Association is called: Polish Section of the International Council of Folklore Associations, Festivals and Folk Art, hereinafter referred to as - Polish Section of CIOFF®.
§ 2.
The area of operation of the Polish Section of CIOFF® is the territory of the Republic of Poland, and the seat of the authorities - the capital city of Warsaw. For the proper achievement of its goals, the Polish CIOFF® Section may operate outside the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable local law.
§ 3.
The Polish Section of CIOFF® is a registered association, operating under the applicable law on associations and therefore has legal personality.
§ 4.
The Polish Section of CIOFF® bases its activity on the voluntary work of all members, it may employ employees to conduct its affairs.
§ 5.
The Polish section of CIOFF® is a member of the International Council of Folklore Associations, Festivals and Folk Art (Conseil International des Organizations de Festivals de Folklore et Arts Traditionnels) in short CIOFF® and may be a member of national and foreign associations with the same or similar profile of activity, with the limitations of Article 5 (2) of the Law on Associations.
§ 6.
The Polish Section of CIOFF® has the right to use seals and badges in accordance with applicable regulations.
